NIFT Hostel, Varanasi is a large-scale student residence designed to foster comfort, connection and everyday wellbeing within an institutional setting. Spanning over 1,14,980 sq. ft. and accommodating 470 students, the project prioritises generous daylight, natural ventilation and intuitive circulation to create spaces that feel open, safe and welcoming. Durable materials and thoughtful planning ensure long-term functionality, while the surrounding landscape forms a green envelope that softens the built environment and enhances the living experience. Designed at an institutional scale, the project reflects a holistic approach where efficiency and human-centred design go hand in hand
